ANOTHER SMILE TICKET OPPORTUNITY!

You have ANOTHER Smile Ticket Opportunity (in addition to bringing in supplies for Smile Tickets)!  For ONE Smile Ticket, post a comment on THIS POST to show me that you understand how to post comments.  You can either post as Anonymous or make up a name, but NO FULL NAMES (I won't post comments with full names)!

In order to earn this Smile Ticket opportunity, you must include your first name and last initial, along with your block number (ex. Joe S., Block 3/4).  Remember, I have to approve ALL comments before they will show up on the blog (I'll get to them as fast as possible, I promise!).

This Smile Ticket opportunity MUST be completed by 8a on Monday, August 31st.

HAVE FUN!

Share Your Thoughts!

What should we name our class pets?  As you can see, we have seven different fish!  What should their names be?  In order to give your input, post a comment and put down your ideas!  I'll pick the top five answers that I like, and I'll put them in a poll for you guys to officially decide.

Remember, we have SEVEN fish.  And they shouldn't all have the same name.  That's boring.

GO FOR IT!

EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY!

Remember, this is an EXTRA CREDIT opportunity, and it is NOT required.

To earn additional extra credit points, students can have their parents write an introductory letter to me about their child.  This introduction does not have a minimum or maximum length, but it should simply tell me what they, as a parent, would want me to know about their student.

Parents are welcome to send the letter back in with their students, or they can email me the information at kschleicher@rcs.k12.va.us.

If a student wishes to turn in an introductory letter for extra credit, it must be in to me by Back to School Night (Monday, September 14th).
