EXTRA CREDIT 3/29

Here is your chance to earn some extra credit for the FOURTH NINE WEEKS while you're on Spring Break!  Each school day during this week, a journal prompt will pop up on the blog.  If you respond to the prompt with at least FOUR sentences, you will earn TWO extra credit points.  That means you can earn 10 extra credit points over this week!

Today's question:  What is your biggest physical fear (ex. spiders, sharks, tornadoes, etc.)?

You have two options for how you can submit your answers.
1.  You can simply add a comment to the post that you want to respond to, but remember that those comments will be public, so don't put down anything that you would feel uncomfortable with other people reading!
2.  The other option is to write each answer down on a sheet of paper and hand them in to me when we get back to school.
In either case, all responses are due on MONDAY, April 4th, by the end of your block.

Let me know if you have any questions!  Have a fantastic, safe, and happy break!

HAVE FUN!

  1. My biggest fear is spiders. I don't know where the fear originated, I am just super scared of them. Even if the spider is really tiny, I freak out. I feel like spiders have too many appendages and eyes. They look like tiny aliens. Whenever I see one, I feel like it will crawl over to me and crawl up my legs.

  3. My worst fear is not being able to see my family and friends anymore because if I didn't have those people in my life my life would unhappy. I wouldn't have any memories and no one to hang out with when I am bored. I would have to learn to live on my own and I would have to learn to hunt, eat, and build shelter one my own. My mom and dad taught me how to read, clean, cook, and LIVE!

  4. My biggest fear is spiders. I do not like that they have eight legs, it just creeps me out! I do not care what kind of spider it is, they all make me run around and scream! They also have really weird looking eyes. I get super scared around spiders.

  5. My biggest fear before I got one was dogs. I was petrified of dogs because one time I was jumping on a trampoline when my freinds dog came up to the trampoline and jumped on and bit me in the leg. After that I was very afraid! Then one day I went up to my freind house to try to get over my fear when there dog came up to me and Niped my face. After that I would not get near dogs until. We got a puppy now I'm not scared of dogs and now I love them.

  6. My biggest fear is spiders. I have been scared of them for as long as I remember. I think it is because of I don't like "bugs" but spiders scare me even more than the rest. My 5th grade teacher had a bunch of dead things in glasses including (you guessed it) a tarantula. No not just a house spider but a TARANTULA. When she was trying to show us its anatomy (P.S. this was while we were learning about the animal kingdom) she decided to showcase it in front of (you guessed it) ME! So then she decided to put it right in front of my face and I fell out of my chair because I was so scared. So I think I am able to say I am SCARED of spiders.
